2015 Arnold Classic Brazil

Everyone at Physique Bodyware would like to wish good luck to all of the competitors taking the stage this weekend during the third-annual Arnold Classic Brazil!

The stakes are huge and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, is busting at the seams with fitness competitors from around the world. The event features the IFBB Pro League men’s bodybuilding and women’s fitness competitions, armature competitions and a large fitness expo.

The Arnold Classic Brazil is a derivative of the Arnold Sports Festival, which began in 1989 as the Arnold Classic professional men’s bodybuilding competition. Today, over 18,000 athletes compete in more than 45 sports and events each year.

During last year’s competition, Steve Kuclo claimed his place as the men’s bodybuilding champion and Bethany Cisternino took first place in women’s fitness. Brandon Curry was the premier champion winning the first ever Arnold Classic Brazil in 2013, and Ryall Vasani came in for the win in women’s fitness.

Since the release of the 2015 Arnold Classic Brazil competitors’ lineup in early April, social media has been stirring with predictions of who will take the number one spot in this year’s competition. Bodybuilding fans are forecasting Mamdouh “Big Ramy” Elssbiay (left) will duke out it out with Cedric McMillan (right) for the 2015 Arnold Classic Brazil men’s open bodybuilding title.
